A poem about Homeowner by Tracy Diane Miller

Moving day
A new life to give your heart
For you’re a Homeowner
Something special you’re now apart

A room filled with boxes
Inside memories to be found
What is watching
Is horror around

A tea kettle
Tea is a sweet elixir
A calming brew
But does your new home harbor secrets
Has a mystery grew

To see her face
Full of horror
Quiet yet hideous
What has happened in her past
In this new house
Will you last
