I am never really silent, a poem for Arlene Allen by Tracy Diane Miller

I am never really silent
I am never weak
Even when you don’t hear me
I let my poems speak

Maybe I am overly cautious
To cancel out despair
I let my poems speak
It is how I show I care

When I am blessed to find someone
With a beautiful soul like you
I let my poems speak
To show my appreciation for all that you do
