Moments, a poem for @RachelMiner1 by Tracy Diane Miller

As the moon reigns supreme in the night
I close my eyes to rest
A journey into my subconscious
Becomes a desired quest
Where time is at its most patient
Not frenzied by a demanding day
Where moments will come into focus
Where hope is profoundly conveyed
Moments hold no judgment
Memories exist to be true
To smile at the person I was
And then with courage to begin anew
Moments are heaven sent
A release of the sorrow we know
Where optimism is a never-ending dance
A waltz towards perfection so slow
Measured in its rhythm
Strength in its resolve
Moments hold the answer
To those questions that I long to solve
